Settle in with legendary string pioneer and new Portland resident Darol Anger with some of his very good friends for a luminous evening of Yulegrass music, good cheer and wassail at One Longfellow Square, Saturday evening, December 12. Joining Darol will be fellow virtuosos and Maine residents violinist Lauren Rioux and mandolinist Joe Walsh. They will invite phenomenal cellist Mike Block and west coast guitar star Scott Law to create a memorable musical journey into the heart of the season. Traditional refreshments, decorations, and good fellowship will abound in the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of One Longfellow, Portland’s premier listening club.
